All prices are in US dollars. In New Zealand, GST at fifteen per cent is added at checkout and your receipt is a GST tax invoice. Outside New Zealand no New Zealand GST applies, and where we are required to collect local tax it is shown at checkout before you pay.

Access is immediate on payment. The link arrives by email, you sign in, and everything you have bought is already there.

Access does not expire. What you buy stays yours. These are behaviours rather than a subscription, and a behaviour you only rent is not a behaviour.

The one exception is the facilitated team pathway, which runs to real dates over ten weeks and then closes. Every seat keeps its digital copy of the Manual.

Posting the Manuals. Postage is added at checkout. We ship to one delivery address by default. If you want them sent to several addresses, tell us at checkout and we will quote the postage and send them wherever you like.

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU you normally have fourteen days to change your mind about something bought online. For digital content that right can be given up, but only if you expressly agree to access starting immediately. That is what the box at checkout is for, and the tick is required to buy.

We ask because a module is the whole thing on day one. Nothing is drip fed and nothing is held back. The printed Manual ships with a digital copy sent immediately, so the same applies to it: access begins on purchase and the tick is required to buy.

Changed your mind after access started. No refund, because you agreed to that at checkout and you have the material.
Not what we described, or it does not work. Tell us. We will fix it, and if we cannot fix it we will refund you.
Before access starts. Full refund, no questions.

Nothing here removes rights you have by law. In New Zealand the Consumer Guarantees Act applies and we cannot contract out of it for consumers.

The coach arrives as a SKILL.md file that you load into the AI you already use. It is licensed to you, one person, on the same terms as the rest of the module. Do not post it, share it or republish it.

What you put into your own AI is between you and whoever provides it, under their terms. We never see it.

The score is a self report, not a diagnosis and not an assessment. It exists to point you at the behaviour worth reading first.

We do the work with reasonable care and skill. What we sell is method, knowledge and practice. It is thinking, not a guarantee.

We do not promise a commercial result. The behaviours have worked for twenty five years, and it is still your work, your team and your judgement that decide what happens next.

If we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If we change these terms, the change applies to purchases made after it is published. What you bought is what you bought.

New Zealand law governs these terms and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction. If you bought as a consumer somewhere else, you keep the consumer rights of the country you live in.

Your email address, if you want the free handbook or your score as a PDF. That is the whole reason.
Occasional email after that, only if you tick the separate box.
Your name, email and billing country, if you buy, because we need them to sell you something and to get the tax right. Card details go straight to Stripe and we never see or hold them.
Your account on the platform, which is whatever you choose to put in it.
Page counts, cookieless. We see how many people read a page. We do not see who you are.

The score is worked out in your browser and the result lives in the link. Give us an email only if you want the report as a PDF.

No advertising pixels, no third party trackers and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

Stripe for payments. Kit for email. Circle for the platform. Cloudflare for serving the site. That is the list. Nobody else, and no advertiser, ever.

All of them are overseas, so your information goes overseas, under the data processing terms each of them signs up to.

Sell your information, to anyone, at any price. Add you to anything you did not ask for. Make unsubscribing hard. Use your personal information to train a model.

Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. One email does all three, and we answer within twenty working days.

The behaviours are applied to live work, which means your real problems, your real customers and your real projects. None of that is stored by us, pooled, or shown to anybody else.

The coach runs inside the AI you already use, on your own account, so your work never arrives here in the first place.

The practice learns from twenty five years of Matt’s own work. It does not learn from yours, and your material is never used to train a public model.
